Ella "the Nobya" de Leon is an epidemiologist with the City of Austin. She enjoys running, playing Ultimate frisbee, live concerts, and good food. Francisco "el Novio" Puga works as a project consultant for Adea Solutions. He does not enjoy running but does like Ultimate frisbee, cooking, and playing with web sites.


Eliza is Ella's younger sister. She is studying to be a registered dietician and lives in Northville, MI with her pocket Yorkie Biggie.

Maureen went to high school and college with Ella. Recently married to Michael Metteauer,  she lives in Austin and works in Government Relations at Dell Computers.

These two fine gentlemen are Luis and Alex, Francisco's youngest and middle brother.  Luis is a reporter and lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Alex is a professor at DePauw University and lives in Bloomington, Indiana. Both are manly men with many redeeming qualities that we shall not go into here.

The de Leons live in Farmington Hills, MI. They enjoy ballroom dancing and they just celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on August 17th of this year!

The Pugas are Francisco's parents. They split their time between Rochester, MN and Mexico City, with plenty of golf between flights.

The Andals are Ella's Ninong and Ninang, or primary sponsors, for the wedding.  They live in Pleasant Hill, CA, close to their two daughters. 

The Sys are Ella's Ninong and Ninang, or primary sponsors, for the wedding.  They live in Farmington Hills, MI, nearby their three children. 

The Bravos are Francisco's Aunt and Uncle on his father's side. They live in Mexico City and have three sons and a granddaughter.

The Vaglientys are Francisco's Aunt and Uncle on his mother's side. They live in Topeka, KS and they have three children and 3 grandchildren.

The Cabanelas are Francisco's best friends from St. Cloud, MN. Francisco is godparent to one of their twins, Zakari, but has adopted Carolina as well because together the twins are cute2.

Brian is Ella's younger brother, married to Crystal. They live in Ferndale, MI with their big dog Marley and their wary cats Baxter and Miles. Brian is a manager for Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Crystal is an early education schoolteacher.
